Had a great time staying in the King Suite with Balcony! Spacious and clean, though the shower had some hot water issues. Staff were super sweet, but check-in was a bit of a mess. Loved the vibe in Tulum!

The staff helped us and were lovely. It was in a central setting close to ADO bus station. Besides, it was just next door to the ruins, Akumal, as well as restaurants, bars, shops, all kind of services.

My journey from doubt to delight
A cozy little place, clean with friendly staff! Loved the beds with privacy curtains, useful lockers, and the rooftop view. Plus, the ability to refill water bottles for free was a good bonus!
Street noise was noticeable at night. Music from nearby places kept me awake well past 2 am. If you're a light sleeper, downtown Tulum might not be ideal for you.

Request two room keys to ensure the AC stays on, as it requires a key left in the room.

The spacious room we had was perfect for the family, and we appreciated having a kitchenette to whip up a few meals. Plus, the beach club access made our days by the ocean super easy and enjoyable. My hubby and I loved exploring Tulum!
My children wanted better cleanliness in the bathroom.

The location is fantastic, right near the ADO station. The small balcony provided a charming space to relax, while the wall art added a unique touch to the decor. The vibrant atmosphere was appreciated, although it's important to note that loud music can be heard late into the night, which might be challenging for sensitive sleepers. The hot water pressure in the shower was among the best I experienced during my travels.

The location was perfectly comfortable, for example, Dos Aguas Park was within a close distance from the hotel. Last time we stopped we had a stylish, reasonably large room with nice balcony.
